Ernest is a chartered accountant and possesses 39 years experience of working within the accountant and financial management sector across the United Kingdom and Africa. He also voluntarily supports a number of charities and voluntary organisations and is an experienced non executive board member.

Ernest holds a Masters degree in Marketing and enjoys reading, travelling and participating in various sports and outdoor activities.
